About your data
KOPS uses your contact details, country of residence, goal, language level and optional documents to process your application and prepare the requested placement. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for an employment application, Section 26(1) of the German BDSG.
Only authorised administrators can access the data and files. There is no automatic forwarding, automatic translation of your documents or automated selection decision. Data is deleted 180 days after the online procedure is closed. This form does not create a candidate pool.
Subject to the legal conditions, you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and data portability. You can complain to a data protection authority. Contact the controller using the email address below.
